1. Job Title: Assistant Engineer (building M&E Automation System) – 20 Nos.
Monthly Basic Salary: $ 2600 – 3000 (Base on Experience)
Working hours per week: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm (Saturday half day if necessary)
Special Requirement: Office & Safety Wear
Job Responsibility: Manage & Supervise Technicians on sites / oversee and provide solutions & guidance in a short period / conduct meeting / liaise with vendors and suppliers / computer email liaising / Ad-Hoc duties assign by Superior.
Nationality: Indian
Education: Minimum Diploma
Language Skill: Fluent in English
Other Skills Required: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Building Automotive System / M&E engineering / excellent computer skill
2. Job Title: Building M&E Technician / Handyman (mye) – 20 Nos (Work Permit)
Monthly Basic Salary: $ 1000 -1200 (Base on Experience and OT)
Working hours per week: 12 hours / day (rotating shift) 6 days / week
Special Requirement: Safety Wear

Job Responsibilities: Building M&E maintenance service / trouble shooting / basic checking reporting / Ad-hoc duties assign by superior.
Education Level: No Preference
Language Proficiency: Basic English
Other Skills Required: Relevant Experience in (Electrical or Mechanical or ACMV)
