Ras al Khaimah Gas Commission was established by Amiri decree number 14/84 dated 24th August 1984, issued by The Ruler of Ras al Khaimah Emirate and its dependencies. In 2007 the Commission was changed into a LLC Company.
RAK Gas head office is in the city of Ras al Khaimah City, Emirate of Ras al Khaimah.
The Chairman of the Board is His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council Ruler of Ras al Khaimah.
