1. HVAC/Chiller Foreman - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Electrical Foreman - Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
3. Electrical Appliance Technicians - Completed full Secondary Education and hold a Diploma.
4. Electro Mechanical Technicians - Completed full Secondary Education and hold a Diploma.
5. CSSD Equipment Technicians - At least Associate Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Equivalent.
6. Maintenance Planner - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
7. CCMS Technicians - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical
8. Housing Maintenance Foreman - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
9. House Keeping Foreman(Male) - Shall have leadership qualities.
