1.Store Keeper -
Dubai
Day-to-day
operations of material receipt, issue, control and record on site as per
related procedures.
Receiving all
purchased items, checking the quantities and conditions, comparing them with
the Delivery Note, MRRS, and LPO and to ensure compliance in coordination with
the requester and/or site Quality Controller.
Co-ordination
with PQM/PCM/PE up-on arrival to site of L.C. materials and prior to
off-loading, checks the incoming materials and goods based on L.C. documents,
ensuring that no SRTs or signed Delivery Notes are issued.
Controlling
the issued returnable tools and equipments, non-returnable construction
materials, the issued materials to other sites; Plant materials/equipments to
other sites in co-ordination with the PLE/SME
Skills
Qualified
candidates must have minimum 2 years experience at construction projects .
Computer literate, prepare reports independently. Preference to those
candidates with knowledge in SAP and have worked in GCC countries.
2.Quantity
Surveyor – Dubai, UAE
Study
the Tender Documents, B.O.Q., Specifications & Drawings and advise the
Inquiry Engineer of any discrepancies.
Prepare
a Take-off tender quantities as per the Tender drawings & specifications
and compare with the quantities given in the Consultant BOQ and advise of any
major difference.
Advise
the Inquiry Engineer & Estimator of any queries, clarifications,
discrepancies to be addressed to the Consultant.
Skills
Graduate/Diploma
in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying, with 6+ years experience in Quantity
Surveying at building construction projects of large contracting companies
preferably in GCC. Must be computer literate and speak fluent English. Should
be capable to take off quantities independently, prepare financial and forecast
project reports; Establish, prepare and price contractual claims &
variations.
3.QC
Inspector – Dubai, UAE
Examine
drawings, specification and method statement to define and understand
construction criteria
Conduct
required inspection and testing activities according to relevant inspection and
test plans, and coordinate with Consultant
Prepare daily
Quality Control Report and follow up on actions required with relevant Section
Engineer
Coordinate
with Section Engineer for daily Inspection schedule
Submit MIR to
Consultant and perform joint inspection
Maintain
Quality Records for inspection and test activities.
Skills
Bachelor/Diploma
in Civil/Architecture Engineering with 4+ years of experience in Quality
Control for prestigious building projects preferably in the GCC. He will have a
profound knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements and should demonstrate previous
experience in implementing ISO 9000 system.
