IT Infrastructure Specialist                     
Location: Dubai
The IT Operations position is the primary liaison between Information & Communication Technology Department (IT) service providers and Enel Green Power North America (EGP-NA) procurement. This position will support the ongoing procurement activity of the IT Department and is responsible for IT asset management and software compliance.
Responsible for defining IT supplier service level agreements, measuring performance, and driving customer satisfaction through ongoing reporting and feedback.
Provides project and departmental status reporting, including % complete, risks / issues, and financials
Serves as a support function/resource ensuring all phases of a project are executed according to project plans
Implementation and oversight of IT Service Management (ITIL v3) including the implementation of best practice in areas such as asset management, operations management and IT service support to ensure that IT services are updated and aligned with changing business needs.
Manage IT OPEX / CAPEX  / Project budgets, including processing of SAP Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Service Entry Sheets and monthly accruals to track, reconcile, and report IT budget to actuals
Desired Skills and Experience
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Information Technology experience in a technical or application development role
Experience in documentation of technical/business requirements, vendor contracts and negotiation
Familiar with ITIL Principles and practices, and how they relate to the goals and objectives of the organization
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to prioritize work / project tasks
Experience working in an SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Superior communication skills, both written and oral
Strong relationship building skills
Detail and process oriented
Ability to speak Spanish or Italian a plus.

IT Application Development Manager
Location: Dubai
Job Purpose 
The IT Application Development Manager is responsible for leading a team of Application Developers, IT Business 
Analysts & IT Developers. The Application Development Manager is an active thought partner and an application 
visionary who shapes, in cooperation with the Head of IT, the IT Infrastructure, AX Program and Retail Managers, the 
technology demand among the business community. 
Key Position Accountabilities 
Manages and leads IT Application Development team to implement enterprise business solutions 
Ensures business requirements for non-AX applications are in compliance with enterprise architecture 
Creates and sets performance plans for the team aligned to strategic plans 
Identifies and resolves gaps in skills, processes, and resources 
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, mentors, and monitors progress of the team 
Works with stakeholders and functional areas to develop business requirements 
Develops guidelines for capturing business requirements 
Managerial duties include budget creation, resource augmentation, relationship building with vendors, external 
teams, and resource allocation 
Experience and Skills 
Essential

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Carry out on-site commissioning of the assembled systems.
Work as part of a project team delivering control and information management system projects. 
Procurement of hardware and software.
Developing and writing code for both PLC's and PC's.
Develop & troubleshoot SCADA software for major manufacturers including Wincc, Wonderware, Rockwell, GE iFix.
Develop & troubleshoot PLC software for major manufacturers including Rockwell, GE Fanuc and Siemens.
Knowledge of networking & communication of PLC’s with field devices for troubleshooting
Knowledge of networking protocols for troubleshooting
Participates in the design of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
Provides support in semi-complex material specification, schematic preparation and appropriate follow-up.
